Hello! I'm Faria, a seasoned Clinical Research Professional based in Canada. Nearly 5 years ago, I started Mastering Clinical Research to share the knowledge, skills, and experiences I gained as an immigrant when I decided to transition into this fascinating industry. My road to success was paved with confusion, uncertainty, and not knowing where to go to find the answers I needed before making the jump into this field. After 10 years and climbing up the ladder in this industry, I want to make this process easy and transparent for newcomers and the next generation of clinical research enthusiasts who want to learn more about it. Without having a clear picture of how this industry works, what kind of roles exists, what skills are needed to excel here, what the compensation and benefits and day to day life will be like - without a true and clear picture of all of this one cannot make an informed decision of whether or not this is right for them. That's where my content is changing the game with honesty and transparency.
